General Policies

1. Limit of One Slot Per Vendor
   Each vendor is allowed one speaker slot, unless you are a TV influencer.
2. Requesting Additional Slots
   • A second slot may be purchased, subject to availability.
   • Availability for additional slots will be confirmed 4 days before the expo.
   • Priority is given to:
     • Luminary Members
     • Specialists
3. Topic Diversity for Second Slots
   Any additional speaker slot must feature a different topic to ensure a dynamic and engaging program for attendees.

Additional Information

• Booth Requirement: A booth purchase is required to purchase a speaker slot.
• Duration: Each session is 50 minutes.
• Room Capacity: Rooms accommodate approximately 40 attendees.
• AV Equipment:
  • No AV equipment is provided.
  • You are welcome to bring your own speaker system, projector, or screen if needed.
• Setup Time: Speakers may enter the room 10 minutes before their talk to set up.
• Scheduling:
  • Talks start at the top of the hour and last for 50 minutes.
  • Time slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • No slots will be held without purchase.
